I think one of my coil's might have went bad...again. I was driving tonight and went I got around 5K it felt like I lost power...then it stumbled a little and my check engine light flashed...

Hopefully Mazda in OKC will have time to get it fixed tomorrow, that is if they have power. Good start to my Christmas Break...

Bob Moore has always treated me really well...I think its Bob Moore...The one right off of Broadway extension on the East side on Memorial...

They gave me a rental car even though I'm 19

I've had bad experiences with both.
Reynolds didnt know anything about the 8, and argued with me about obtaining mazdaspeed parts painted.

I used to work near bob moore and while they had excellent customer service and cheap oil changes(I used to say that it wasnt worth my time to change my own oil)... One day I randomly marked the oil filter and caught them NOT changing my oil after I brought it in. I didn't make a fuss, I came in, got my refund and a free filter- told them I would NEVER bring my car back in. I was much nicer than I should have been.

But I thank them because after that, I do everything on my car myself(within possibility).

well ya...i would do it myself but its under warranty...

after my warranty is up all work is going to be done by me

I change my own oil and its under warranty. I just had the turbo replaced on my MS6 by Reynolds. I had to fight them because I use Royal Purple that I change myself in the MS6. I also run it in my 7 and my 8 will see it too as soon as the warranty runs out.

ya i am...its just not very active...

I have a mazda 5 to drive around until they fix it...probably today. but with the snow and ice coming in today I don't know if I will be able to make it down there today.

I really want to turbo it, but with these coils going out so often I don't know about it

Bad News: The owner before me did the throttle body bypass mod for his coolant on my car...they said there was coolant leaking onto the coil, so if thats what is causing the failure they won't cover it...wow thanks owner before me!!!

well they covered it under warranty but they fixed the throttle body bypass thing without me telling them to...they charged me an hour for labor....i think i might raise some hell about that
