Price: The price is going to be about 55 dollars for 3 pulls (If more than 25 show up then the price will go down)

At Pro Technik they have a great shop full of all kinds of Porches and will have plenty of parking room for all of the wonderful cars.




There will be prizes for the Highest HP, Lowest HP and Highest Torque, Lowest Torque, And the Closest to your Est Rear Wheel HP

I know that this was already stated in the first post....
...but I'd just like to clarify some things before I invite a friend.




First off, does the pricing change for non-Mazda owners? For example, if my friend brings an S2000 along, will he be charged the same as me, or will have to pay more since he's not really 'sponsored' by the RX club of Houston?



Secondly, does the "anyone's welcome" thing only apply if the first 25 slots aren't filled? Like, say I were to put him in the list right now...

As far as we are concerned the first 25 people PAID are in. We actually have the capacity to handle more than 25, however we needs 25 to secure that price.

There will be no price change for non-members, however donations for food and drinks will be accepted as well.

No problem with the questions... if you don't ask, you'll never know.

I'm planning on being in houston that weekend. As it gets closer I will be able to let you know if I will dyno or not...

Well it is just over 1 Month to go, time to start preparing your cars for the event. For the people that have paid " Thank You"

For everyone else I am running out of time to get my deposit in on time, I just cant risk putting all that money down and have people that say they are coming not show up, so I have been discussing with the owner about each person paying for there own Dyno runs, but this is going to cost more.. SO

After that I will have to increase the price to cover what Pro Technik will want. I still need to talk again with the owner to get the new price ironed out but it will be in the $67-$70 range

so I'm guessing this turned out like any other regularly scheduled Houston event... Where less than half the people show up... sigh... At least the 974 hp car will make it...

I'm just hoping that the 22nd will be in the 70's with an irregular outcome of absolutely little too no humidity... If the temperature is in the 85-90's or higher, I doubt I'll make 200 hp...

Actually the event hasn't happened, it's scheduled for the 20th.

Recently, our regularly scheduled Tuesday night meetings bring 30+ cars out (with exception of the September event).
