Exhaust installer in Austin/Cedar Park

area. Anyplace but Meineke or Midas. I've had 4 quotes for $200+labor. A couple of them were quoting 2hrs labor minimum.. They're out of their freaking minds. Heck, I could do it myself if I had jacks.

Check with the car clubs in your area. There is usually some hole in the wall place that does great work for cheap.

Leonard's over on 183/Anderson lane area (off the feeder road behind the discount tire)

Muffin Muffler (I think they're somewhere off N Lamar now, used to be on Burnet rd.)

Either one of those 2 places will do you right every time.

edit: what are you needing done? Our shop can do some things as well, we just don't have a lift etc.

Just the catback install. I don't have a lift or jacks or anything like that.. It's the mid-pipe, muffler and tips..

oh well dang, we could do that at the shop no problem, I would give Les at audiofxaustin a call at (512)-835-1960, just explain your situation to him (how people are buttraping you over labor basically), that you have a bolt on system you need installed and that you found him through me (Randall) etc. and I'm sure he or Adrian (the other guy at the shop) can help you out no problem, they're the ones who sponsor my car and do all the mods to it (except for the engine stuff which I've done on my own because I love doing that stuff) and our shop is trying to get a name out for doing more than just stereos etc. The website is in my sig as well :)

edit: we do have experience in catbacks by the way, I even did my own at an auction yard a while back when I bought my Borla used off a totaled 8 :D:

Hey, appreciate that! I'll give them a call tomorrow. What time does the shop close?

canaryrx8 04-06-2009 11:16 PM

6pm or later :D: They officially close at 6, but Les and co. are usually there later than that even. I spoke with him this evening and gave him a heads up for you as well. :)

Always out to help people man, didn't know that about the Camry's by the way, friend of mine used to have an older one that seemed awfully quick and I never really understood why, now it all makes sense :D:
