Austin : $1.99/gal premium while supplies last

This is a heads up. Randalls gas station on Parmer/Metric is going out of business. Their gas station is selling gas at $1.99/gal (both mid and premium). This is while supplies last.

I just filled up. It's the first time in a while where I paid less than $25 for the tank :ylsuper: Spread the word!!!

theres a place over here near plano/lewsiville area that was doing this for unleaded. i heard the lines were ridculous.

I would rather pay 5 bucks extra... and avoid the lines.

Had a shell station that did 99 cents a gallon on there grand opening South of Houston. Hope gas prices keep getting lower and lower :fingersx:

1.99 is a steal for premium. I drove by the station tonight, unfortunately all the gas is gone at this site. That was real quick!! I was hoping to fill up my mower with premium!!! That would have been a treat.

At $1.99 a gallon, I would have filled up the gas tank, the trunk, the back seat...

There was a gas war between 3 gas station near my work a couple weeks ago. All of them at unleaded at $2.07/gal, making premium $2.27/gal. Lines were NUTS!!! Went on for miles... I filled up for $31.25. Ah... that was ncie. :D:

we went from 2.79 monday to 2.29today and that for reg unleaded here in n.c

DrKillJoY 11-11-2005 09:10 PM

Gas everywhere around here is 2.09 for cheap to 2.29 for premium. :D

I wonder why there's a sudden drop in gas price. My theory is it's due to the top oil execs being sent to the congressional hearing. They're afraid that we've caught on!!! Wouldn't that be a pretty good conspiracy theory?

Reason #1001 why I should move out of California.

TeamRX8 11-12-2005 06:07 PM

I was paying under $2/gal all over Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee

I paid $1.97 locally then as I was going out of town several days later it had jump[ed back up to $2.19/gal, get back and it's still the same price

not sure why it is so high here in TX
