7/1 Flips Patio & Grill Meet -DFW
 

Time for another Flips meet in Grapevine. We usually have about 6-8 Rx8 peeps show up so I hope to see you guys out there. Tuesday nights are $2 drink nights for those that may be interested. It is looking like it will be a real nice night so we could be able to hangout on the patio. Meet starts at 8pm!

I mean, it's like, I always say I won't cuz gas is retarded expensive and I'm so broke from bookin the hotel for the dragon and everything...but let's face it. I always show up. So...two dollar beers and good company for the win! :)

Sadly I wont be there either. I have to work a 2-10 shift while we migrate everyone over to the new system at work. No beer for me :(

I really hate to say this everyone, and sorry LearJet cuz I wanted to meet you, but looks like I'll be working late, may not make it out. :( So I guess mark me off the list so I'm not expected and disappoint everyone. This way if I make it, it'll be a nice surprise? Lol, you guys drink a beer for me if I don't see you!

I have the greatest drives home after those meetings. There are two awesome curvy ramps on the way home to die for. I'm finding that one of the greatest things about the 8 is that you can hammer that engine, and yeah I did a couple 6 - 3 downshifts. Sa-weet!

Anyway, sorry I couldn't stay long. My kid is 2 yrs short of being interested in cars, and 7 yrs short of any (legal) interest in beer. Catch y'all next time.

Did you flood it or is your clutch messed up?

Flooded again?? Have you been revving to 4k and turning it off for short distances?

doubt it was flooded, angela knows more about the 8 than you do. she has had a lot of issues with hers so it probably something more technical.
