Ordered Turboxs catpipe, they said they had it in stock and if not they would ship from manufacturer. They sent me an email saying special order, it had to be made, none in stock. Well I already spoke with Turboxs prior to confirm fitment, availability etc. I received another email stating 3-4 weeks just to ship. I called and was told by the manager Turboxs would not drop ship. Stephanie @ Turboxs said they do and if the vendor could not work it out she would price match and ship the same day. WOW! I called THmotorsport and informed them that it was in stock and that they DO drop ship. Basically I got the run about a refund process. I went straight to PayPal! ..WHY?!

FYI: The turboxs midpipe will not fit any other exhaust but the turboxs, I have the turboxs midpipe it needs modification

Its the midpipe to catback connection that does not fit and needs modification from an exhaust shop. The Turboxs cat back has a spinning flange at the end of it which can move around to fit both the factory cat pipe and the turboxs one.

They may have changed their manufacturing process but I doubt it.

Also the pipe itself sounds like ass, its way too loud.

Unless you have a turbo to quiet the system down.

Right, IIRC the bolt holes will not line up with the RB catback.

You know, I had a similar experience with them and a busted Tokico D-Spec. I eventually had to get both THM and Tokico/Hitachi customer service on a conference call to prove to THM how Tokico's warranty replacement process worked. It was very frustrating.

Stephanie from txs called them on my behalf and tried to work it out, but I still got the run around. And to make things worse the manager said I needed to fill out a online refund form. Really. Just shhty customer service at best.
