Positive review for IR Performance

They did some great work putting in a catalytic converter for me - I am way out of all forms of warranty on my 2004.

They have a lot of RX-7s - kind of a treat to see so many together in the north-east. The owner spoke at length about engine rebuilds, porting, turbo kits, engine swaps. Nice to be in a shop where they are so knowledgeable about the rotaries.

Making the cat-swap in my 2004 after 10 years of north-east daily driver could have been a real mess, but they did it smoothly.

I asked for a cat and the owner ordered the one I wanted and also had the initiative to order the front and rear gaskets. Then he gave me the option to re-use my old gaskets to save cost if I wanted. A quick inspection of the gaskets on the cat showed these had been re-used before so I elected to purchase the new ones.

Great service by phone and e-mail. No complaints at all. I would definitely return and endorse.

Note, this shop is in northern NJ and is close to NYC
