purchased front and rear accents from brady, sent payment through paypal on 2/24/06 it has been close to three weeks and i still haven't received the items i payed for. i have tried to contact him for two weeks now and he has yet to respond. he sent me a pm about two and a half weeks ago stating he sent the items via usps. i have since sent him numerous emails and pm through the forum for a tracking number and he chooses to ignore me. if you read this brady please sent the items i purchased or refund my money back to my paypal account. better yet call me you should have my # in one the the 10 or so emails i have sent you.

well after waiting over a month for my items i finally filed a complaint with paypal and won. unfortunately mazdastrib does not have any funds in his account for paypal to recover. paypal said they would continue to try to collect my $, but can't give a time frame as to how long it will take. i guess i'll have to count this as a loss. sucks that some people on this forum would rip off others, and for what $85.

If you used a credit card as the funding source through PayPal (rather than your checking account) you can go to your credit card company and have them do a charge back. They will charge PayPal who will have to refund you themselves, then they will go after the seller with a little more force. They have the right to recover amounts owed through whatever funding source the seller has on record (their checking acct/credit card). PayPal will be much more proactive getting it back when they have already been forced to refund you. If you paid with your checking acct, then you will have to wait, but keep on them since they can recover the money even if it isn't in their account (per new rules instigated in the last couple of months).

probably been scammed, notice he wasn't on here much, most of his stuff was in FS, and he was getting buyer responses from zero post names, probably himself using an alias ...
