Basically kromix stated three wheels were in perfect condition and one wheel was in near perfect condition. As you can see from the pictures posted in the above thread this is not the case. I asked for a full refund of my money. I also am asking for addition shipping to send them back.

He has replied he that he will not refund me until I ship them to him at my expense. I simply do not trust him enough to ship them to him before he refunds me and I am not eating the cost of shipping when he sent me something that was described differently.

Did you dispute it with your credit card company? Or did Paypal withdraw from a bank account?

Paypal withdrew from my bank account.

Its funny, I purposly did that so I would get the "Paypal buyer Protection" garbage. Because when you do it via credit card, they don't offer that. Little did I know... Now when ever I pay with paypal, I am using a Visa.
