i think i got SCAMMED!!! please help

I bought greddy sp2 and AP midpipe from him for 500USD.
I bought it on Sept 3rd on Thursday.

he said he will send the item out on 3rd and said clearly he will send me the tracking number by 3rd night.

However, he did not send me the tracking number.
It took him FIVE days to reply me.
I knew he logged in on Sept 6th, [looking at your profile] however he did not bother to reply me till 8th.
He logged on 6th, probably read my pm saying i want my tracking number HOWEVER he did not bother to reply me and he replied me on 8th. So i felt sth suspicous.

what i got on 8th is, him saying that item was sent out and the tracking number is in his car and he will go to his car in his lunch break and send it to me.

HOWEVER, till now, i don't have his reply or my tracking number.

this person does not have any RESPONSIBILITY
this person is a seriously BAD PERSON, if he scammed me.

I'm still waiting for his reply not knowing what to do.
he didn't even log in from 8th
this s**t never happened to me.
is there any suggestion what i should do??
is it hard to get my full money back through paypal??
please help.

Go to the Paypal Resolution Center. Open a Dispute. If need be, start a Claim within 20 days of opening the Dispute.

if you got scammed through PayPal you will get your money back....if you file the claim it will just take a really long time to get your money back...took me like 2 months wen i filed my claim. hopefully he's jsut a slow person and you get your things tho=)

If you got scammed just do a paypal claim and get your money back. Not that hard and also not that serious. This happens a lot when buying stuff off the internet not just with this forum.

Yes, I know him. Have met him actually. Seemed okay to me.

ya i talked to kersh4w and he also said he seemed okay person.
I really don't know why that person is doing this to me.

I actually just filed a Paypal Resolution with him too. I paid him a few weeks ago, he said he shipped two subs and an amp for $100+shipping (should have known it was too good to be true)...after nagging him for two weeks for a tracking number I told him he had until this weekend to send one.

He never got it, it went to resolution center this morning.

Maybe he thought I wouldn't try and get my money back?

I know you're out of some money right now, but it'll work out.

All I was trying say was, read some of his posts. Doesn't come across to me as "Mr. Responsibility", so why are you all the sudden expecting him to be any different with how fast or efficient he is with his "customer service"?

Sorry about that,

Just open up a claim now -- You can talk to him through paypal and if he doesn't respond then you can turn it over to paypal and they will contact him for you and if he doesnt provide the info and tracking then they send you the money back. Just open up the dispute now and they will lock the money in his account and that will get his attention to talk to you.

Trust me i have done this a lot.

ALSO, DO NOT CANCEL THE CLAIM UNTIL YOU GET THE ITEM!
People always say they shipped the item with a tracking number with a box and brick inside it --
Don't cancel the claim until you get what you paid for!

Fixed...as was stated before, tracking number doesn't mean squat. Don't stop until you have your money or item in hand.

i had talked to him on the 6th or around then about the same exhaust he told me he would do 350 shipped for just the exhaust so i send money via pay pal on the 8th and have not herd back from him yet about this! wish i would have seen this prior

WOW, screwed up person right there.
He scammed two people in one day.
he jacked total 850USD.
He should be charged with criminal record.

is there any way to track him down and give him criminal charges??
