How To Effectively Contact Jeff of Mazdamaniac

First of all,

I bought AP from Mazdamaniac in Feb 2011.
I received it in Mar/Apr 2011.
I sent the ROM Dump on May 11th 2011. As I was out of my country in Apr 2011.
He replied;

---------
Unfortunately, the automatic transmission model is not supported. In fact, we didn’t even realize that there was an A/T version of the JDM model for that year. Our data only shows 5 and 6 speed manual transmissions.
If you would please return the AccessPORT with all of its original packaging in its original condition to the following address, I will issue a FULL refund upon receipt. Please use a shipping method with tracking and insurance and I will also credit you up to $27 USD for shipping in addition to your full purchase refund.

I apologize for the confusion.

I sent the AP back to him on May 18th 2011. He received it on May 24th 2011.

He emailed me on Sept 26th 2011.

Hello!

Your refund was processed on Monday June 20th, 2011 through Google Checkout.
You should have seen a credit on your credit card within a few days after that.
Refunds would only be processed through Google to the original card.
Please check your credit card records to confirm that the card that you used for the original transaction has been credited for the original purchase amount.

Thanks!

- Jeff Abrams

But after checking with my bank, there is no refund on that date or until NOW.

Good luck. It's been a big debate on this forum with the quality of Jeff's service. You will get the good and the bad in this thread. The one thing I have taken out of it is that it is hard to communicate with him.

Hope you get it all back!

when he wasnt banned, he would only respond to emails and AIM, but you might be able to reach him through chat on facebook(if you are desperate)

Call your CC company, forward them the email train, get your money back. Forget trying to deal with Jeff, its just not a reasonable expectation.

It's funny how some people have no issues with him, and then to others he is impossible to deal with. It is like he flips a coin to decide who he will do good business with, and who he will screw over. With me he has always been easy to deal with, and has accepted data logs and have given me new maps beyond the 6 month time span. Then with other people as soon as that six months is up it's screw you so sad to bad bye bye.

Maybe Jeff has Bi-polar disorder when it comes to business

seems rather coincidental that the info provided indicates that he waited until Sept. to inform the customer he was issuing a refund back in June

Anyway because so much time has passed, whether by design or otherwise, you are likely screwed.

+1 -- I've never had a problem

I also agree with Team, you're likely screwed by now.
