Just received a set of Tein Basics from Element. Communication was terrific, and there were absolutely NO delays with any aspect of the transaction. Ridiculously fast shipping, though UPS once again demonstrates it's complete ineptitude in following through with their responsibilities. The issue is no fault of Element's, but he even offered to fix it anyway. Awesome.

Let me just add something here...

Never, and I mean NEVER, have I ever dealt with anyone online when making a purchase that goes out of his/her way as much as Element. I don't want to go into a ton of detail, but UPS "misplaced" a couple of minor pieces when packing up the items I bought, and Element was already placing orders for replacement parts AT HIS OWN EXPENSE...and it wasn't going to be cheap! No way I'm taking him up on the offer, but that's still the kind of guy he is. I'll say it again...awesome.

If he happens to put something up for sale in the future and you're checking this thread to make sure he's a good guy...don't even blink.
