Wanted to share my troubling experience with purchasing front and rear anti-sway bars this summer, and how Race Roots came through with making a happy customer......

In early July I placed an order on Race Roots website for a front and rear Progress Technology adjustable anti-sway bars. I was quickly told that the rear Progress Tech bar was on back order for 4 weeks. In order to keep my free shipping on the rear bar, I said I would wait for the rear bar before having the front shipped. Four weeks pass and I check with Brice on a status update. Brice stated that the rear Progress bar is still on backorder. I wait another two weeks and email Progress Technology directly and ask for an expected time line. I am told 4 weeks from Progress.

Not wanting to wait any longer, I email Brice and ask if the Agency Power bars are in stock. He said the rear is in stock, and since the AP bars are essentially painted Progress bars, there is no functional difference between the brands. I told him I had no issue with getting a rear AP bar and a front Progress bar. Brice orders the rear AP bar, but then tells me that the front Progress bar won't be available for two weeks. Brice also mentions that the AP front bar is also on backorder. I ask for my options since I am tired of waiting over 8 weeks for these.

Brice says he has a used front AP bar that he would sell me at a discount and will include new bushings and reinforced brackets. I accept and the discount will be a credit on a future purchase.

I am happy to say that Brice was able to have the front bar at my house by the 14th, which gave me time to have it installed before my autocross event yesterday. Thank you Brice for your continued customer service on this. I understand that these circumstances were outside of your control, and that you did the best to make it right.
