I bought a single OEM wheel from him awhile back for a good price, and he shipped it out quickly. Last weekend, when I got my new tires mounted, the shop informed me my "new" wheel was horribly out of round - it took them an hour to get it balanced! When I let Jeff know, he quickly offered to make things right and gave me a refund. No fighting, no hassles. Definitely a good, stand-up guy.
