I bought BHR ignition upgrade from Charles. I don't think I've had a better online transaction experience EVER. His customer support is SUPERB. Anyone due for plug change I highly recommend this upgrade. You cannot go wrong dealing with Charles @ BHR. The product alone is worth every penny not to mention the support he provides to his customers.
