I ordered a set of plugs and wires from BHR and first off was informed that they were waiting on plug wire parts and would be a couple weeks i was also offered a full refund if i didnt want to wait. I decided to wait for them and then they came in the mail about two weeks later.

Unfortunatly during shipping the package had been opened up somehow and the plugs fell out so when i got it all i had were four plug wires. So i contacted the USPS and they said they would look into it which pretty much meant i was screwed on their part. After that i contacted BHR and they sent me out another set of plugs as soon as possible free of charge.
