I bought some parts off of iLikeEatPoo ( https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-parts-sale-wanted-44/interior-part-out-208251/ ) and now its been a month with him not returning my messages or responding to his thread. Others have bought from him and received the items, so I don't know why he decided to try and rip me off for?? I kept trying to get a tracking number from him, and he kept giving me the run around. He finally ponied up and gave me one, but it wasn't mine. Anyways DO NOT BUY from this guy. I have now contacted not only Paypal, but also my lawyer.

Damn, that sucks. Hate to see stuff like that happen... What is he saying when you ask about it?... Keep us posted on how it turns out.

Since I sent it as a donation (to save him paypal charges), paypal won't help me they say. But they did give me his full name and address. Now my lawyer is going to get in contact with the Attorney general to decide the next steps. All over $70! This is crazy.

If this actually does drag out, I will get my 70 bucks back, but this guy will have to pay $10,000 per charge of fraud to the state.

He doesn't say anything. He won't return my messages. The last message I got, he said he sent the items to the wrong guy and that he has to have that guy send the parts to me (FULL OF SHIT).

You should post this in his profile here and 7club so people see it. And start a bad guy thread on 7club.

His username would have thrown me off. You paid as a donation? Sorry to see this happen but you took a chance and screwed. Did you check his rep or itrader rating?

Yep. Oh well. I have his address. He messed with the wrong dude. He's had good feedback and everybody else that bought the items as a donation received their items. He just got on here a 1/2 hour ago, but won't respond to anything.

I'd be very careful about making public threats if you are in fact represented by counsel as this will just make their job harder.

Let me get this straight your going to empower a lawyer to sue this guy for $70? Getting ripped off sucks but for $70 I'd chaulk it off as a lesson learned. Shit the lawyer is going to cost you more than $70. Of course this is just my opinion so don't take any offense.

Lawyer is my cousin so its not gonna cost me anything because he will be the one paying court fee's. Maybe he should learn a lesson?? I don't care about how much money it will cost me, as long as he learns a lesson.

My cousin is a Immigrations Custom Enforcement Agent, and I majored in criminal justice so I am fully aware of all the legal matters that would be drawn from this ordeal. I gotta laugh at this only because UPS (yes I did notice it was UPS this time and not USPS) says you made the label, but haven't shipped it yet and that because of you not answering my messages, led me to start this thread up. REGARDLESS, if/when I do receive my items or my money back, I will remove all of this nonsense and actually start a thread saying that you are a good guy to deal with.

Even if that were the real one, its probably not the best idea to post someone's tracking number on a public forum.

They probably haven't updated or it hasn't left office because of New years weekend? I don't know if UPS takes New years off. It will most likely be updated tonight or tomorrow.

Also I picked UPS because I find them to process much faster despite the fact they are almost double the price and I since it was already a month late I wanted you to receive it asap.

My son works for UPS at their 3rd largest distribution center. New Years is a regular 3 day holiday, as was Christmas. The trucks are normally loaded nights Mon-Fri after the packages have been checked in and sorted. They are scanned at every step along the way.

i am not sure that this stuff should be erased as much as amended. thats how some people on this forum scammed people in the dark for so long, by holding stuff ransom till negative things were taken down. just add that he fixed the situation, don't go rewrite history saying it was a flawless transaction

ups website still shows no change in status

If the package was taken to UPS, it would have already been scanned and put in the system.

I just got off the phone with UPS and they say they have no record of that tracking number other than someone made the label online.

Let us know when/if you receive yours.
