Actually, I looked closer and saw an anime girl on that car. Thought it was just flames.

This is called an Itasha(literally "painful car"). It's actually a thing in Japan where you wrap your car with pictures of anime girls.

There was actually an Itasha FD RX-7 around where I live a while back. I was driving so I couldn't snap any pics.
