"Tornado" ... cheap horsepower, not!

A friend of mine said he thought about getting one of those"Tornado" things for his car...I told him I'd send him a link to a video about them and some other cheap horsepower mods that don't work...

The problem is, I can't find the video I'm after... It must be burried deep in a(some) thread(s). I have tried searching for "tornado", and gone through a lot of posts but I haven't found the video... Does anyone have a link to the video I'm talking about?

It's some independent test of about ten cheap products, possibly done by a magazine???

Any help would be appriciated; thank you!

The Tornado is such a horribly misguided, blatant scam designed to cheat honest people out their hard-earned money. I wish I had thought of it.

THE DYNO SAYS: Both devices reduced peak horsepower by more than 10 percent. The Intake Twister increased fuel consumption by about 20 percent
That's proof it works! Clearly they installed the devices backwards.

I stopped driving my 8 and took my bicycle to work. The MPG gain was incredible and I could do sweet tricks on my pegs the whole way there.

Really?? I got the biggest laugh at the "capacitor blocks" that melted and dripped/burned away within minutes.

True enough... not to mention intentionally inducing crossfire and getting 20% less power / mpg... and having to scrape that crap off the engine...

Ok, so the one and only difference would be the lack of "drag" and the like. That would be the point of an initial base run.

If I'm wrong, can you tell me why? I'm interested to know.
