Question for the Car Salesmen
 

I'm concidering a career as car salesman. Any advice from current and past car salesmen would be appreciated. Stuff like how you apply. Tips for interviewing. There seems to be a high turnover at some dealerships. Is that just part of the game or can you offer tips on staying in one place and making money?

I'm not in car sales, but I'm a Realtor...high turnover rate at my office as well...

Why car sales? Are you in it strictly for the money? What is it about the career?

I enjoy my career very much. I love to help people achieve their dreams, and in turn, I achieve mine. Help everyone else, and you'll be taken care of is what I've found.

The people who come to our office trying to make a fast buck don't last long.

I would imagine car sales would be somewhat similar.
