One Lap of America "Cannonball" results
Pretty impressive that both of SRT's entries won their classes, too bad they only go fast in a straight line and aren't reliable ;)

Here's a link from Nasioc with some current and past competitors posting.
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=761666 Also if anyone remembers this from lastweek it was from an STi that had a good shot at 4th or 5th overall. http://65.75.164.80/onelap/2005/day04/video/td04v02.wmv Other one lap videos http://www.lake-effect-racing.com/onelap/2005/ |

There would have been 3 4bangers in the top 10 and possibly one in the top 5 had luke not tried to impersonate Petter Solberg :p Dan and Ben were a father/son team in a basicly stock STI that they bought shortly before One Lap and managed to finish 16th overall. That's pretty damn cool, I wonder if they want to adopt a 30 year old :p |
In track racing, the actual track dictates which cars will have more advantages than others. Add the driver factor and it could be anyones race.
I am very surprised at the stock wrx placing. Good run indeed. |
It's pretty thourough considering all the events the cars compete in.
Here are the results of each various stage, most impressive being Dan and Ben at Roebling #2 :D Sorry, I'm being a proud Suby owner and I have to look for something to be happy about since Luke got knocked out early, almost literally  http://www.onelapofamerica.com/ Not sure if David Henning posts here, but if you do grats on the class win! :) |
