I was wondering why there was a smiley after "new engine... "

If I were to hazard a guess...
 

...based on the team's uniforms and the livery of the car, that is the Arrow Formula 1 Team testing-out their 2002 A23 F1 car, which had Ford Cosworth power. If it is the 2002 A23, based on that year's regulations, that engine was a 3.0 liter V-10 putting out 730+ HP at around 17,500 RPM in qualifying trim! :eek:

Sad to say, 2002 was the last year for Arrow as a F1 team. It was run by Tom Walkinshaw, who was famous for his incredible job as head of Jaguar's Group C/Prototype racing programs in the 80's. Due to some bad investments and a lack of sponsorship money, he couldn't keep Arrows afloat and the team was no more.

Needless to say, I'm a bit of a F1 fanatic...great video! :D
