I'm hoping that Civic weighs around 2400lbs :). It looks like it has potential to be a lightweight.

It is supposed to be 200 HP stock @ $20,000 according to AutoWeek. That is the new SI BTW.

we don't know the weight of the car yet though--until then I'll hold my performance reservations on this. It looks good though.

it looks really slick, i saw it at the autoshow this past weekend....its a little stubbier than i thought it would, and a bit higher, but it still looks cool...here are some pics i took...i know the 2nd pic is a wierd angle, forgive my skills, or the lack-there-of

Is it me, or with a little hood opening, it'll have sort of a Evo-ish thing to it?

Looks good!! Not a fan of the wing, however, the rest of the car looks very sleek and aggressive. I did not read the article....does it mention if it will be available in a hatchback? Also, tranny choices?
