New 787B video up on Autoblog
I hope this is the right forum, but it is the best video I have seen so far.
I hope it isn't a repeat. Such a great car and a great video for 4-rotor sounds http://www.autoblog.com/2007/05/19/n...he-mazda-787b/ |
It's a new post on Autoblog but not a new video.
Seen it.
I still love the sound of that :D:
Been around for a while. But any 26B video is awsome
Yeah, I have seen it too, but thanks for the post, because this is my favourite video about the 787B! :)
you see the still pics? the one of just the engine? it has that set-up of the sliders that change the length of the intake trumpets? the mechanics are set up on a platform that is attached at several points one of which is that black bracket in the front.
3 days ago i held one of those platforms in my hand:D: from an original R28B :D: http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.au...zda787b002.jpg |
The motors that actuate the variable intake are nothing more than modified 2nd gen RX-7 headlight motors (they retract on that car)!
We need those coils...
Just imagine if Mazda produce a MS RX-8 with four-rotors. Hp will be over 400.

And Mazda will still cheap out on the coils and MOP! |
