I am sorry but stock Mustangs are not that fast. From the '80s on the Z cars has always trumped it in performance.The regular Mustangs(non Roush, Saleen, Cobra,etc) are great from 0-75, but once they start hitting tripple digit speeds they run out of steam quickly. I had a '99 35th anniversary Mustang and with its V8 it was great from light to light runs , but highway runs was down right silly. :icon_no2:

Keep in mind that the Genesis that was tested didn't have the revised ECU flash from Hyundai. It still wouldn't have beat either of those cars, but it would have shaved a few tenths off of the 1/4.
