Looks like even top Japanese wheel makers can copy designs
I know Rota wheels are hotly debated on numerous forums. And I know a lot of people like to leg hump certain Japanese wheel manufacturers for their "original wheels". But it seems that even those companies can copy wheels too. Take a look at these wheels made by Work.
Goocars series http://www.workwheelsusa.com/category.php?category=31 They look like copies of Cragar S/S wheels to me. http://www.lakeshorewheelandtire.com...ragar-ss-s.JPG |
This thread will not go good, man Work wheels. WORKZ ARE for p0zerz yo, HRE for the win!!!!
*note I do not own HRE wheels, and probably never will, hell I don't even own works lol |

Please tell me you're smarter than this, are you pissed because you can't afford them or?

And the Cragers are a copy of American Racing AEROs, TORQ and TORQ Thrust M wheels (which i am pretty sure is what on the mustang)
Hell, the Japanese and European "TIME ATTACK" look of putting the red/yellow pinstripe on the lips of black wheels came from NASCAR. The "TIME ATTACK" Look is actually the NASCAR look. Rota is debated for tracing designs and quality/sizes of their cast wheels. What are you trying to prove? |

i thought everyone knew that work, while good, rips off designs too?
