This was in the city of Westminster on Newland and Bolsa... avoid it at all costs.

Spinning Sushi 12-30-2009 12:45 PM

kersh4w 12-30-2009 12:46 PM

arent roadblocks unconstitutional?

Spinning Sushi 12-30-2009 12:47 PM

Because they have nothing better to do with our tax payer's money...

dozer 12-30-2009 12:49 PM

Spinning Sushi 12-30-2009 12:49 PM

Gr8Bullet 12-30-2009 12:51 PM

dozer 12-30-2009 12:52 PM

this is all over the place, i think every car forum has these pics...

The Reverend 12-30-2009 12:52 PM

lol what is stopping people from just taking a parallel street? Is this street really that important?

Spinning Sushi 12-30-2009 12:53 PM

The CHP strategically chose that street because it's busy with no way to go around it.

Gr8Bullet 12-30-2009 12:53 PM

i guess they figured it had a higher traffic rate then the rest.

dozer 12-30-2009 12:54 PM

im just glad i dont go down that far...im running catless too

Yep, and it's the perfect choke point, there's no where to turn to, it's basically a 1/4 mile long road with no other streets intersecting it.

The Reverend 12-30-2009 12:56 PM

Damn they are crafty, I am taking small streets

dozer 12-30-2009 12:57 PM

^yup and you have the ditch in the middle, once youre stuck its over...

Gr8Bullet 12-30-2009 12:57 PM

i have no reason to go that way...... :)

The Reverend 12-30-2009 12:58 PM

http://smogpoint.blogspot.com/

Maybe we should add to this

kersh4w 12-30-2009 12:58 PM

if i saw that up ahead i would either A pull a u-turn or B just make a left.

its not like they have 1 on every street. its just on a mainstreet to catch people that either dont see or are too lazy to go around it.

you say its a 1/4 mile. but i can see that far. and i always go around police checkpoints. i dont have anything to hide but i cant be hassled with the lost time. i just noticed they put up a barrier so you cant make a u-turn. shitty.

gregs 12-30-2009 01:00 PM

they have those are for survey purposes only and OPTIONAL. those pop up here in my city quite a bit lately, still won't catch me driving my 8 voluntary on those rollers

Bigbacon 12-30-2009 01:01 PM

lol, so glad I don't live in that backasswards state... how can you people deal with all the shit that state does?

alfy28 12-30-2009 01:15 PM

dang, this sucks. it reminds me of japan, when they set up traps for modded cars. just wow
