Allstate Insur safety discounts/indexes
 

List of the vehicle safety discounts and vehicle damage and theft indexes (Allstate 2004). Unfortunately the 8 is not listed (?), but does give insight for lots of cars/trucks and makes you wannna go 'huuummmm?'.
