Kinda have to disagree on alot of them especially the Ford Focus at #62 which I dont even think it should of been on the list! Oh yea, I have no problem with the McLaren F1 to take the top spot though.

this list was put together by an english company, and thier biased european preferences are clearly showing. French car are vastly over represented, while some very excellent jap and US cars are no where to be found.
Where are the mitsu 3000, or the vtec honda's. How about any thunderbirds or strangely many lambo's missing in action. Where is the 959 or the BMW 6-series. How about the camero line or even the minivan that stated it all, the caravan. No integra's or 1st/2nd gen eclipse. How about F40's or lotus espirit, or even and Audi s4 quattro. How about james bonds astin martin and who would put the VW GTI in second...

The list was an interesting read, nothing more. And that's all it really has to be.
It skews European, sure. An American list would skew toward U.S. and Japanese cars. But the London taxi in the top 100? Get real. And why not the first production turbo car? Probably because it was American.
Cadillac gets a very condescending entry. Not that I really like Cadillac, but once upon a time it was the epitome of luxury and quality and introduced numerous innovations. I believe Cadillac was the first with a battery start so that you didn't have to hand-crank the engine. Seems like that would deserve a mention!

Years ago when the F1 came out, I was obsessed and did soooooo much research. It truely is the most amazing car of the 20th. Maybe one of the few cars that the AC works worse than the 8's.

I completely agree with the #1 choice though, IMO there's isn't going to be another McLaren type car for awhile. I mean 10K? cd player, 3 seats, and was the fastest car in the world by a large margin. wow. I heard if you brought that car used they'll sent it back to the factory and reuphoster the interior for you with no extra charge.

Under the RX-7 link they have a list of the top 10 rotary cars. It's an interesting read.
I didn't know that Mercedes and Citroen had Wankel powered cars.

terrible list, but i initially took it with a grain of salt anyway. IMO you cant have an american or european do that, it will be too biased, it has to be from a country that gets an equal amount of imports from japan america and europe
