Sepang: Are you ready?
 

You asked for it? Now here it is.

Date: Thu 16th April 2009

Time: 9am - 12pm

Venue: Sepang International F1 Track (full circuit)

Cost: SGD$250 per vehicle (including transponder)

Payment deadline: 13th March 2009 (I'll post a meetup on that day)

Mandatory items: Half face / Full face helmet, Walkie Talkie, Shoes (no slippers for track!!)

This is a joint track day with the Suzuki Swift Club where we already have approximately 20 cars already confirmed.

The RX8 Club is allocated 20 slots.

I will be heading the convoy up to Sepang on 15th April 2009 in the evening where we will be staying for a night at a hotel near to Sepang but feel free to meet us there directly on the morning of the 16th if you prefer.

For those following my convoy - kindly be on time as we will not wait. Convoy time will be announced closer to the time.

For those who need the hotel's details where we will be staying, drop me a PM and I'll provide the info where you are then able to book directly with them.

Payment will be in cash to myself prior to or on the deadline date itself.

If payment is not received by the deadline, we will assume that you are no longer interested in going and will offer your spot up to the RX8 and Suzuki Swift Club.

Lastly one week before the event itself I will be giving special rates to all confirmed participants on track prepatory items and services likes servicing and brake pads for example. Details to follow.
