wa!
tats great need to go such a distance to solve the problem

Bro, the problem is I don't find see many aftermarket brake rotors for the auto RX-8s, so you'll have to order the original 303mm brake rotors from a Mazda stockist or alternatively upgrade to the 323mm rotor and calipers. My advise is to go with the upgrade like what Adam did because not only will you increase your stopping power, it will also be easier to change the brake rotors in future because there are so many aftermarket brake rotors available. Since you already have bigger rims, it should be able to accommodate the bigger rotors and calipers (but pls check your rim offset, etc before you buy).

haha
bigger calipers is a alternative
but bigger stock calipers would b difficult to source
after market ones would cost quite a bit rite
hmmm.........
tough choice

M-ster 08-12-2005 03:14 AM

bigger rotor + bigger calipers = BIGGER RIMS! $$$

bro,pt to note:u runnin on 16' liao rite? the 323mm cant go wif it man! alternatives, skim ur present 1 or gt bk to a new 303mm

sqflyer 08-12-2005 12:48 PM

Oh.. haha... silly me :p Forgot you are back on 16" rims. So now your only option is to get new original 303mm brake rotors or like what cuscorex suggested, send your present rotors for skimming.

linus 08-12-2005 11:24 PM

skim?
where?
i m in the mist of looking for some new rims
now tat my dad has decide to stick wif the car...
