thnx bro! will call him ... :)
BTW, is 18" on the 4AT 8 too big? Me worried that it will become sluggish at pick up and thus adds on to the FC damage.... any comments?? But 16" on the 8 is really cartoon leh ... :( |
Try 17" rims. Mine a 4AT, pick up faster and better FC when i'm on 16"

But 16" on the 8 is really cartoon leh ... :( Contrary to beliefs, the pickup will not be sluggish. Proven with 19in rims, pickup faster than some with 18in. FC more or less affected between 16in n 18in. Hwever wat u get in return is better stability... u win some, u lose some... dun worry abt the FC... its not alarming... |
bro,
most of the 4ATs on 18, some even on 19. if u afraid of slower pick up or fuel consumption then get lightweight rims lah. nowadays petrol price quite reasonable so no need to worry much lah. if u light footed, 420km a tank is not a problem. |
i always have the impression that upgrading the size of the rims puts more stress on the brake. Is that true?

i'm driving a 4AT. previously was on 16inch, changed to 18inch about half a year ago... no difference in FC with much better looks...
