XDEEDUBBX 10-13-2005 01:37 AM

what does the cwest front end look like?

jondog 10-13-2005 03:21 AM

um...c west kits are pretty distinctive bro. 4 side air dams, with 2 larger ones by the sides..plus a wide front mouth, anticipating intercoolers to be fitted there..

probably would be good if you go check out C-West's website? think they'll have some kits there...

it will def look nicer on a RX7 or 8, but it looks similar to my Cwest front...maybe i can reinforce my bumper with this...

bro, you distributing this?

actually, there is always a C-west kit for most new rides nowadays. In fact, C-west kits, esp their front ends are very universal. it can fit anywhere from a civic to a 350Z wide body. if you can't find the authentic C-west kit on the 'Net, why not take a drive up to Msia and get one fabricated for you, like what i did?

C-west kits are meant for slightly wide front ends, so when it comes to smaller cars like my MX, they'd have to cut and paste a little to scale down. then you bring it back to your regular workshop for the touching up and respray.

don't worry too much about the authenticity of kits in the market nowadays, its the material that you need to contemplate about.

cheers!

no offence coupe, but i think we do not have to pay royalties to designers for these kits. there is always a grey area where we have to draw a line.

:D my car is pretty much tionged already, your advice would be more appropriate for the stock ones modding to be un-stocked. :)

and i've stopped downloading music from the Net without paying!
hehehe....

cheers!
