Japan made Fender guitars.
This may be a bit off topic but I thought this forum was apporpriate.
I want to buy a Japanese made Fender strat or P bass. The used Japan stuff on ebay is silly in terms of price. I have a couple of places in mind that will ship to Canada, but their web pages are either in Japanese or are translated in a confusing way. I thought maybe I could pick someones brains in these forums that may play guitar. Perhaps a recommendation of where to buy? Thanks |

Not sure about the shipping to CA but try Guitar Center

I never would have thought about Guitar center, vintage section. Thanks.
But seriously 2600+ dollars for a guitar is too much. I dont want "vintage" per say. I just want Japanese, well made(usually associated with Japanese) Fender guitars. They are priced slightly higher than a new Mad in Mexico Fenders. |
funny thing is when u go to Japan... Mexican Fenders cost more then the Japanese ones....hehe
|
I can believe that. The US models are also popular over there.
I wonder if there is a demand in Japan for Mexican made Fenders? Maybe I could start my own online guitar business that caters to Japanese who want Mexican/Us Fenders? |
