Engine Mount!!!

Can anyone advise if engine mounts are under warranty???

My recent encounter with my PI got me real cheeze off as I was told that engine mounting is not in the warranty!

This make sense???

for ease of understanding, this is how it got started:-

My encounter with their appointed workshop was really unpleasant to begin with and that has made me lost trust and faith in them reparing or even servicing my 8.

3 incidents got me real cheezed....

1st : my 8 was all scratched after the mechanic(s) used the same cloth that cleans the side of the rear bumper to clean the rest of the ride.

2nd : chisel and pound hammer was used to heck on my steering box (the mgr says that how they work with every other cars as is too expensive to buy special tools for different makes)

3rd : wrong ranch set was used to force open my rim nuts that causes damages to my rims

From begining, I've informed my PI that I will not be back to their appointed workshop as they obviously do not know how to handle an 8 and worst their skill set and professionalism are way below expectation. They told me that I can go to other workshop and if the cost involved in repairing is ok they will settle it with the workshop as persay.

Now, when the engine mounting issue arised, they say is not under warranty. After challenging them, they decided that as I;ve not been sending my ride for servicing at their workshop hence the servicing that other workshop provided might caused damages to the mounting that makes the reason why the will not warranty it.

Can any pro(s) here advise???

PS: firstly, it dont make no bloody sense to say that servicing not done by their appointed workshop can possibly cause the engine mounting to wear off. I obviously know that the mounts wear off much faster than the regular rides on the streets.

on other end, my 8 is serviced in MG and am sure of their expertise as not many other workshop(s) can second them when it comes to Rotary.

Bros.. even though you bought your cars from PI, go check with MM and see if they can take care of it.

I learnt from a car industry liao jio that the main dealer is technically supposed to take care of issues with regards to the brand they represent. PI or not, our rides are still Mazda. MM will typically push you away to try and isolate ("punish") purchases from PIs, so thick skin a little and challenge them (Say: "My car not Mazda issit???").. you may be able to get something done. No harm trying.

MM has Mazda Japan's support that they will not service any parallel imported Mazdas. Dun need to try. Anyway, for engine mounting, can get it replaced cheaper at outside workshops than going to MM.
