Cusco Zero2-e with E-con
Installed it at LimTan motor on Saturday. It's currently lowered to about 1/2 an inch more than stock. I think I will go back this weekend to lower it more after the springs have settled.
Review from a non-technical person
The Zero2 comes with 5 damper settings, 1 softest to 5 hardest. Spring rate of 8f/5r. The E-con is a similar device to Tein's EDFC. That I found is a really useful little device for lazy people like me. I added a "pyroball" mount although I don't really know how much more effective it is from the normal pillowball mount but hey, the same reason why you upsize at Mcdonald's, it's not much more from what you've already paid and you don't wanna regret later when it's not enough.
Damper setting to 1 and took a trip to Great World City. It was definitely stiffer then stock but still comfortable enough. Results: No bitching from my wife. Therefore PASS.
Damper setting to 4 and the trip back home
Results: My *** hurt and my ears hurt, but damn does that thing just eat up the corners. + the e-con does work.
After driving around abit, I've finally settled for damper setting 1 front n rear when the wife is in the car and 3 for the rear and 2 for the front when I'm driving alone( therefore the usefulness of the E-con).
Alot of people in the forum rated sway bars as the best handling mod but I have to disagree on this one because this clearly is a winner. Handling has truly improved significantly and i'm one happy driver

Review from a non-technical person

Siesta: I am begining to hate that place. I go there because of planet fitness; join there about 4 years ago. Sometimes i go up to 5 times a week but usually i am there about 3 times a week. So i am quite sick of that place. What i like is that its usually quieter than most places on weekdays. And they have decent parking.

Bilstein B16 (made in germany) but no e-controller, around $2600, using inverted technology, the greater the gravities force on the weight, the more the damper become harden: by Tye Soon Limited (in japan they are very expensive cost around JYP 285,600 which Cusco Zero 2E only JYP 186,900, maybe because of import freight + tax).
Cusco not sure who carrying in, but i guess there are a few.

Thats are pretty cheap price for a set of suspension...If u dun mind me

There are many after market Mazda parts site in the USA that sell original Mazdaspeed shock for RX8. here is the link:

The shock are sold by per pices basis, so you need to get 2 front and 2 back and the spring are sold as per set of 4 (2 front & 2 back). Then ask for a discount around 10 to 20% depending on your luck, and request to sent by parcel post for lowest freight cost, but have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks.
I plan to carry back myself no my next tripe to US.

Theres no need to bring back yourself. Theres a shop along Veerasamy road.
Its a company that imports Mazda parts from the Spore workshop to service and replace mazda cars. (Small workshops do not get their parts from MM cos too expensive)
U can buy the Mazdaspeed shocks from them at around S$1200, but it takes max of 3 mths to arrive.

I do know that some spare parts shop for Mazda liked:
1) Inwah
2) Heng Lee
3) Sin Guan
Can brought in the Mazdaspeed shock & Spring at around S$ 1200, but I can get around S$ 800.00 from the USA (US$507 X 1.57 exchange rates = S$ 795.99 after the discount), so I plan to carry in myself then buying in SIN, save S$400 to buy both front and back strut bar for my 8.

Not installed it on yet, so can't tell u good or not....
Majority consensus is that D2 is a very hard suspension, but when I got mine from Aust, I got the factory to build it to a softer spec.
Will be fitting it on by end of next week when my wheels arrive, update you on how it feels then....
I only bought it becos its cheap and I think good enough for my usage.

Hi Jason but I think your US507 have not factored in the shipping charges yet even within US.... so by the time you plus US40++ for the freight and another 5% GST in singapore you are looking close to SGD1K. ANd with installation in should be around the same as what they are selling here in singapore if it is true the shop at veerasamy going for S$1.2k with installation. The only drawback at veerasamy rd workshop i think will be the wait. I hope I am right coz myself also tempted by the cheap price from the states and planning to get one ....
