Spotted! Black RX-8, A3 southbound - Sat 11am
 

Saw my first RX-8 on the road on Saturday morning. Looked stunning in black. Definately stood out more than the red one I passed whilst on the test drive route with T W Whites those few months back.

My girlfriend snapped a few pics from the passenger seat of the Tiv as we drove past.

Don't know if it was anyone from on here though. Probably the most miserable owner I've ever seen. Tried a friendly wave, and thumbs up, but didn't even give us a look or a nod... Looked thoroughly grumpy!!

Oh well, if you don't want the car mate.. I'm sure there's plenty that do! :p

I'm on my test drive later today. :D

I'm still waiting for my date. I'm a "December" delivery.

I don't think I'll take delivery before January though, since I will be putting the G40 up for sale at the end of this month and imagine it'll take a little while to sell. I was originally going to get the RX-8 first but I've overspent on a few toys, and to put a nice deposit down on the RX-8 to keep payments low I need the money from the sale of the Polo.

So I am expecting to pick it up the first or second weekend of next Jan. Though if the Polo did sell quickly, and the car arrives at the dealers, it could still be before Xmas. Just trying not to get too optimistic.. ;)
