Recommend Fuel?

Sorry if this thread has been done before but i struggled to find the info i wanted on here and on google.

I got a UK spec 05 192 model and was looking at fuel. Now im a shell man through n through after reading numerous reviews on Shell vs BP vs Supermarket fuel I ended up going with Shell over the rest due to the cost and the quality.

Now my previous car was a import 95 FTO GR which i used the shell v-power on which gave me some lovely performance gains, mpg gain and generally ran the engine so much better.

Now ive been looking at the possibility of changing from their premium to the v-power but ive not found any information on a definate answer. Ive read both horror stories and stories of how much better their rex8 runs on it, but that was from various sources.

I personally would rather hear it from my fellow rx8c club drivers who drive day in day out like myself and see what they have found. As where better to find the info but from people with hand on experience?

So I guess to summarize what im askin is what's your own personal experiences on fuel in the UK with ur car and what would you recommend?

Cheers every1 :)

I feel that V-power is the best but I get BP 93 if their is no shell is around. I feel I get better results with v-power

I can't really notice, i have always filled up with either one since I got the car. But i still would say yes. Just stick with one of them and you will be fine. Tried 92 from some random gas station and i didnt get crap for mpg

Any 98 or 100ron fuel will work about the same. 95 is a bit on the low side but hard to notice especially during winter.
