Mazda UK tell lies.

OK - officially annoyed now.

Just called Mazda AGAIN.
Having been told last week that my welcome pack had been despatched and should be with me in a couple of days at the latest it still has not come.
This time I was told that they will be going out within a couple of days.

I was told that I would be getting a call 'in a couple of days' and a pack 'in a couple of days'.
I asked why I had been lied to last week , why the website was publishing lies (7-10 days confirmation pack) and why my dealer has also been misinformed.
I explained I wanted someone to call me and confirm what was going on.
She then said that they would be calling people in turn during the next couple of days.
I replied this was not good enough and that if I had not heard anything tomorrow I would be calling again and getting the name of management for an official complaint.

I suggest you all do the same -
This is NOT good enough. Is this only the UK ?????

telephone number is - 08457 484848

Morgan,

I called them twice this afternoon also.

I said I still had not received any confirmation email or welcome pack after being told that I would be getting one.

I was told that there have been problems and delays with the welcome packs and they are having to apologise to customers about this.

They said I *would* be getting a welcome pack and that someone will be calling me.

When I asked how long, the guy said hopefully within a week but if I have nothing in a weeks time to call back.

He also told me my status hasnt changed to accepted yet, so howcome my dealer told me different last week?

Also, I dont understand how some of you guys can get on to the website, as when I asked I was told my password is in the welcome pack which I havent got yet  My dealer said they only have their own password, and they cant give me that.

I have some sympathy with the guys at customer service as they seem badly informed as well, but someone somewhere within the management must be accountable for this fiasco.

Honestly this is really poor.

MAZDA - If you are reading, SORT THIS OUT.

There are already a couple of threads talking about this, there is no need for yet another one, closing...
