Talking #1....

I am 'Order #1, Six strakes to Canada'......

John (and his new partner) just e-mailed that they are not satisfied with the way the three-per-side strakes fit, and that they are redesigning the way they fit, for a better result, both mechanically and aesthetically.

I am impressed - just because I decided to go a little overboard with three strakes, they are now custom-making a completely new 'bottom' strake!

A hand-made custom look that is virtually unique, for a rock bottom price - gotta love these guys!

I really feel like their #1 customer!

Usually once a week, like Fridays, like today... maybe twice ... depends on how much time we have.

Did you not get a PayPal confirmation?

I did get a confirmation from Paypal right away. but I like confirmation from the seller too. just because Paypal confirms doesnt mean the seller knows about it. (I have had this issue before in the past).,
I did get your confirmation today and also see my order on the list now! thanks!

Did you guys get my order?

I see the first post was updated yesterday, but my order doesn't appear on it.

I did receive the PayPal confirmation email.

Thanks.

No problem. Like I said, I just noticed that D Menac had edited the first post yesterday, and my order didn't appear, so I was curious.

Thanks for the response.

Looking for something specific? You can always send mail to info@rx8fun.com. DMENAC7 just updated the page a couple of days ago.

So, did the items that were scheduled to ship on 11/22 actually go out?

If so, I should be receiving my order this week!

Just a question, not trying to come across as impatient, just trying to understand how you work:
Do you tend to work on a large number of similar items at once, ie strakes or grilles, and then move to another type of item when that batch of items is completed? Or is it whatever needs done gets done?

We tend to batch thngs together to more efficiently use time and materials.

What shipping method was used? Can I track my order?

USPS ... no tracking ... and I should edit that ... All November orders with a "...J.." have shipped. D Menac 7 is still working some of his.

Currently, I am in the process of finishing the molds that make the front strakes. I am awaiting molds for the side strakes and accents. When I receive them, I will be processing more product as fast as I can possibly mold items. I am planning to outsource some of the work to speed up the manufacturing and completion of the back log of orders. This way I will more so concentrate on order tracking and molding of the product. I will specify that the materials used will be those of the same quality that we are currently producing them with so that the finishing will be identical. Some of the products I will entirely produce myself others will be finished by a professional auto paint shop in large batches. There is no other way to do this now that winter is upon us.

I know that some have waited patiently for a period of time. Let me reassure you that you will receive a quality product that you will be satisfied with in the end. I will guarantee your satisfaction or your money back minus the shipping and handling charge of course. Your satisfaction is my concern as well as the quality of the product.

If everyone waits a little longer and is patient, things will move along and pick up speed in a short time.

I thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dennis

Ok, I'm getting just a bit concerned.

My shipment supposedly went out on 11-22-04 (or am I assuming incorrectly that that was the date it actually went out) but I still don't have the order.
