Based on it's production dates, I am going to say that it is highly unlikely that it will work with a S2. All electrical is so different between the generations. Sorry.

Just curious what exactly it is? Basically a back-up alarm?

Yeah, the sensor kit is the proximity alarms. Two at the front corners and two at the rear. Beeps as you get close to things. The easy park assist is an auditory assist system for parallel parking the car. I should take pictures of the manual for that one, it's very Japanese.

I was just posting it up for anyone who might be looking for one in the future. What you sell it for is perfectly acceptable to what anyone is willing to pay.
