Any intake system for series 1 6speed
 

Looking to buy any good intake system for an 2004 rx8 6 speed manual.

AEM, Simota ram or cold air, K&N Typhoon, Rotary Extreme, or anything else as good!

I can pick it up, I'm near Hamilton.

Please PM with details such as KM's used for, paint and mechanical quality, and what your asking price is!

You can't beat OEM.... Only swap it out if you have to... Aka going boosted.

All the cold air in the world won't help you just as soon as it hits the heated throttle body.

Then again, if your interest is in sound, the only two that don't have a proven power LOSS is the AEM/Mazdaspeed and RacingBeat.

Don't let anyone sell you anything else.

It's for my bridgeported engine that is going in very soon, hood vents, ducts and heat blockers will be overused in attempt to block out heat. Can't use my stock airbox for this setup unfortunately =(
