yeah, I've seen that car around my area as well.
Last time I saw it, there were a couple of brown girls driving it. It was hard to tell since the tint is rather heavy and it was night time... but still... lol

and the civic tradition lives on...

it looks like they glued a header gasket onto the back bumper. that makes me weep for humanity :(
