I've had my 04 for three years. This winter I had a dead battery - my fault as the trunk was accidentally left unlatched. But since then my radio beeps everytime (at least it seems like everytime) I touch a radio button. Help - I cannot find how to disable the beep!

 

Do you have an owners manual?

I'm pretty sure you disable the beep with the **** on the right side of the stereo. Scroll through the options and if I remember correctly it's listed as beep.

Or if you have an owners manual it will tell you how.

No problemo. That beep is annoying. I wonder what genius at Mazda thought that was a good idea.
