Of course, that's only a week after the meet at the Mackay's in Cochrane. I'm going to the Cochrane meet, as are a few other people on this forum.

Why don't you join us there?

 

There's nothing bad about 2 meets in a row. Pitch this to the Rx8 members for me and come out to Canmore with us. We had a blast last year. I'm also expecting members from the edmonton protege club, vancouver protege club and the calgary mx-west club. We're trying to coordinate this effort together so we can make this date work. Join us and check it out. We had about 30 cars show up last year. Rx7's, one Rx8, mx6, mx3, proteges.

I'll mention it at the Cochrane meet. Due to another commitment, I won't be able to go, but there's no harm asking the others.

 

The August 1st date was chosen a few months ago. The spot is already rented and the liability insurance is paid for. I can't cancel it now because we won't get our $$$ back. I hope some of you can make it. I kept the date the same because it was the original date and most of the clubs had nothing planned that weekend. Just to warn you, if you try to plan an event at the Nordic Centre without Renting the location and getting liability insurance, they may call in the cops to take care of things. Lee, the Opperation Manager at the Nordic Centre warned me about that because last year the MITM event did not have their authorization or insurance coverage. They are very upset at this Vance guy because of it. Just thought I'd let you know...

 

Can you confirm, I am seeing 2 dates for the Nordic Centre.. August 1 and August 21 as originally stated. Please confirm.
