We will meet at the big track main gate, I will be there between 9:30am until 10:30am, if your not there by then you wont get registered. Lexus Canada has kindly donated the pace car this year.............Brand New IS350 AWD F-Sport!!!
Just a few days away! Everything is on schedule, we should be on track somewhere between 11:15 and 12:30, each group should have at least 15 minutes. If any of the experienced guys want to help at the main gate that would be great! Looking forward to making the last one the best one
Be great if you could be there by 9:30
Just picked up the "pace car" new 2014 Lexus IS 350 AWD Fsport.................gonna be fast laps in the experienced group for my final hurrah

Looking forward to seeing the new Lexus!!!!

Thanks Al for all the efforts you've given in order for us to run and have some fun on
the big track at Canadian Motor sports Park (Mosport) and being for Sick Kids hospital charity
is just a bonus and good cause.
This being your last event I do hope you pass on all your info so that we as a group can keep this
lapping event happening for some time to come.
Again thanks so much.

Huge thanks to everyone involved in making this happen every season.
Big thanks to Al for giving us this opportunity.
Hope we can get this info so we can continue going forward.
See everyone soon.

Yes I think this is true, but there is always another racing series and with a good cause like Sick kids hospital they just might let us a as organized car club continue on with this type of charity lapping. (nothing gained if nothing asked)
Thank you everyone who participated other than our one friend who did the spin lol. As for this being the last one, this was the last one that I am going to organize and we don't know what is going to happen next year with the regional racing series etc. After 8 years or so its time to pass the torch to someone else to continue if everyone so desires.
We had 26 out of the 35 confirmed spots show up, so we only raised $640.00 for Sick Kids, special thanks to those who donated above the $20.00 minimum! Still good money but about $400.00 short of the previous 2 events.
I was a little miffed at some people taking shots at Lexus considering they supplied us with a vehicle. Sometimes you have to keep you comments to your self for the better of everyone around you. Since its inception Scion, Mitsubishi and Lexus are the only manufacturers who have supplied NEW vehicles for this cause and regardless of personal opinion its amazing that they would considering we are only a group of around 30.
Having said that the Lexus was an amazing car to drive on the track. It did remarkably well considering were driving it at only about 60% of what it would be capable of if really pushed hard. I certainly would have no complaints about its performance and comfort for dollar value.

P.S. That noise I was hearing is my air pump dying a really painful death, I hope every thing else looks good?
On a side note, Al Thanks and I wish the group raised a few more dollars for Sick Kid's.
Maybe next time!
