Install - Part 3

Well it looks like after the all night marathon at Scott's place last Saturday there are still more parts to install.

I have some footwell led's and a MazdaSpeed CAI to install so I've decided to have part 3 of the install meet at my place in Oakville (give Scott a break!).

I will be doing the work on Saturday May 9th (the day before Mosport) and you can stop by after 12 if you like! Due to Mosport being the next day this will NOT be an all night meet!

Anyone who wants to stop by send me a pm and I'll give you the address / directions.

Cheers

I will be there. In addition to footwell lights, will have gauge pod and gauges to install. Anyone know how to do that kind of thing?

Have the two adapters for it now, oil pressure and temp sender attachment and water temp adapter. Gauges are in transit.

ah, okay perfect. I wonder if there are any DIYs as far as the wiring goes. I mean most of it is simple....but some of the DIYs point out the best ways to do things...so you dont have to learn the hard way. haha.

Oh..
These footwell lights, are they the OEM stuff, or the stuff you pick up from Crappy Tire??

I think I'll drop by and take a look at the installs.

well i got to scarborough and filled up half a tank when i got there. then put in another half in shannonville. then 3/4 in bellville. and now my car is in the driveway with less than a 1/4 in the tank. Now that i've actually taken stock of it...it not that bad really. I mean i've gone through that in a weekend before and didnt have near as much fun.

Nice!
I'm curious to know how people are doing the foot well LED's.

I'm planning on getting some installed on the Miata and the 6. Footwells, and trunk lighting.
The trunk lighting in both cars is very dismel.

Are these the OEM LED's or are they the strips bought from Crappy Tire?
