I got the survey in the mail today, will send out my responce tomorrow.

During your purchase/lease transtion, did you experience any problems with your dealer?

My answer?

YES -> See enclosed letter.

I wrote a 2 page letter and will be enclosing it. I'll keep you guys up to date.

Think they will do ANYTHING?
