I noticed yesterday after picking up my car that the previous owner has disengaged the daytime Running Lights. Is this just a simple fuse repacement?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm just a noob who didn't search first. I see I may have a faulty moduale, or a highbeam could be burned out. I'll check it out later.
