Hey guys, I currently own an MX3 and MX6. Im selling them both and buying an RX8 this summer :D . I'll be looking for an 04 GT 6speed. I've been checking the autotrader frequently and see that right now the asking prices here in Toronto are hovering around $35k, with the cheapest being around $33k.

My question is if anyone can guess how much the asking prices of 04s may go down by the end of next summer when the 06's are coming out and the 04s will have been out for a while longer and also have higher mileage.

good luck finding an 04 with all the options you want by next summer. I would suspect you would only find new 05's

 

Oh, to clarify, I meant that I'll be buying used, not new. There's already a few used 04s for sale, thats what I'm basing my current price range on.

I guess another way to state my question is how much are rx8's expected to depreciate per year? Anyway of telling this ahead of time?
